Pauline, a Witney based piano teacher, is largely a self-taught musician but studied for some time with Brian Trueman of the London College of Music.
Apart from teaching the piano, Pauline is particularly interested in teaching theory of music and music literacy. She spends much time tutoring candidates for the Grade 5 theory requirement of the Associated Board and other examining bodies.
Much of the success of the Roseneath School of Music lies in the personal attention which Pauline gives to all her pupils.
Pauline has been teaching the piano for twenty-seven years.
Her qualifications include:
BA (Hons) in Music and Classics
An Associateship of the London College of Music
A Certified Teacher (CT) of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Muic
A diploma in Classical Studies
She is a member of The Incorporated Society of Musicians.
She has passed Criminal Records Bureau checks
In recent years Pauline has presented the Wychwood Trophy to the Chipping Norton Music festival for outstanding primary school pianists.
